Biography

Specializing at the intersection of High-Performance Computing and predictive geopolitics, I develop systems for the real-time quantification of global stability. As the Lead Architect of the Naciro Engine, I implement LPU-based inference pipelines to replace the delayed analysis of legacy models with live operational signals. My mission with NationFiles is to establish a new standard for institutional transparency and decision velocity through auditable data formats and an automated 4-layer processing pipeline. By grounding AI-driven insights in physical (kinetic) reality, I provide the technical framework necessary for modern, high-speed strategic intelligence.
